Returns Policy
Thanks for shopping at Montirex. Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? No problem, we’ll sort it out. Items purchased from www.montirex.com have a free 30 day returns policy from the delivery date (UK only). All returned items must be unworn in the original packaging with tags still attached. Any items that do not meet the criteria will not be refunded.
Please note, we are currently unable to offer exchanges.
Christmas Returns
We've extended our returns period over Christmas from the usual 30-day policy for customers purchasing gifts in the lead-up to Christmas.
Purchases made between 1st November 2024 and 14th December 2024 can be returned until 14th January 2025 under our extended returns policy.
Our usual 30-day return policy will resume from 15th December 2024.
USA
Customers returning from the USA will be subject to a $5 return fee.
Republic of Ireland, France and Netherlands
Customers returning from the Republic of Ireland, France and Netherlands will be subject to a €5 return fee.
Returns Process
01. Create return online
To create an online return, please refer to the Returns Portal. Enter your order number and the email address you used to place your order and click the large blue arrow. Select the item(s) you want to return, the reason for returning and follow the instructions provided. Once your return has been logged, you will receive an email with further instructions and your free returns barcode label.
02. Pack your return
Pack the items you would like to return. We encourage you to reuse the polybag you received the items in. Ensure that your return is securely packaged.
03. Ship return
Print the PDF label provided and attach it firmly to the parcel, ensuring that the label covers any pre-existing labels. Alternatively, customers based in the UK can bring the attached barcode to a nearby drop-off location where a returns label can be printed for you.
04. Return confirmation & refund
Please take your parcel to a designated drop-off location. Once the parcel has been received and is in transit, you will be notified of the progress of your return. Your refund will be processed as soon as the item(s) you have returned are inspected by our quality assurance team. The whole process from when you have sent the items to us and when the refund is visible on your account can take up to 14 days.
