THE MONTIREX FOUNDATION
Sport, a powerful force for good. A catalyst for change.
We know first-hand how powerful sport can be in creating positive change. That’s why it’s central to our Foundation. Through our grant offering, we want to improve access and equity in sport, bring communities together, and support mental and physical wellbeing for everyone.
In 2026, our funding will support charities and CICs making impactful change across Liverpool.
“We firmly believe sport can be a powerful force for good, furthering opportunity, wellbeing and belonging. By supporting people and communities, we aim to create impact that lasts.”– Montirex
OUR STORY
The Montirex Foundation is powered by Montirex, a Liverpool born sportswear brand built on innovation and community. Co-founded by two friends with no experience but a lot of determination, they're a company that understand what it means to put in the work to see the success.
"Everyone deserves the chance to play, grow, and thrive. Through sport, our Foundation is committed to levelling the field and supporting wellbeing, creating stronger minds and positive futures." - Montirex
OUR TRUSTEES

“As a brand built from the ground up, we’re glad to have the chance to give back to the community that helped us grow. The Montirex Foundation is here to make a positive impact on communities, and share experiences that people may not have without it.”
"When we started the brand, we knew that we wanted to make a big impact with it. The Montirex Foundation gives us the chance to do that whilst giving charities and CICs the tools and resources to continue making important change."

“I’m extremely proud to be a Trustee of the Montirex Foundation and be part of the impactful work we’re doing with it. Through the Foundation, we’re able to help charities and CICs continue to provide opportunities to underrepresented groups and do the important work they do every day.”

“It is great to become a Trustee of a Foundation that is looking to put back into the Liverpool City Region in the first instance, and, in particular, focus on using sport as a means of people’s development as well as supporting mental health-based initiatives.”
