Returns

We have a 30 day free returns policy from the delivery date on all orders. Returned items must be unworn in the original packaging with tags still attached. Any items that do not meet the criteria will not be refunded or exchanged.

Christmas Returns

We've extended our returns period over Christmas from the usual 30-day policy for customers purchasing gifts in the lead-up to Christmas.

Purchases made between 1st November 2024 and 14th December 2024 can be returned until 14th January 2025 under our extended returns policy.

Our usual 30-day return policy will resume from 15th December 2024.
