Your membership lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase.
MTX Unlimited is currently available to customers with a UK delivery address. Exclusions include Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

No. There is no minimum order value to use your MTX Unlimited delivery benefit.
Yes. MTX Unlimited renews automatically each year unless you cancel before your renewal date. We'll email you before your renewal takes place.
You can cancel auto-renew at any time through your account. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current subscription period.
If you cancel within the statutory cooling-off period and haven't used any MTX Unlimited benefits, you may be eligible for a refund. Once your delivery benefit has been used, refunds will generally not be available.
No. MTX Unlimited covers eligible next day delivery only. Returns remain subject to Montirex's standard returns policy.
No. MTX Unlimited is linked to your Montirex account and is for personal use only. It cannot be transferred or shared.
