Introduction

Due Diligence and Supplier Management
Montirex undertakes due diligence procedures designed to identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with modern slavery and unethical labour practices within our supply chain.
We seek to work with suppliers that demonstrate a commitment to ethical labour standards, transparency and continuous improvement.
Risk Assessment
We recognise that risks associated with modern slavery can vary depending on geography, manufacturing processes and labour market conditions. Montirex therefore adopts a risk-based approach to supply chain
oversight.
When assessing risk, factors considered may include:
- Country-specific labour rights indicators
- Nature and complexity of manufacturing activities
- Previous audit performance and compliance history
- Workforce composition and recruitment practices
- Transparency and traceability within the supply chain
Where heightened risks or non compliances are identified, suppliers may be required to implement corrective action plans within agreed timeframes. We reserve the right to review or terminate business relationships
where suppliers fail to demonstrate appropriate standards or improvements.
Ethical Auditing and Monitoring
Montirex supports the use of recognised social compliance and ethical audit programmes as part of our supplier monitoring processes.
We regard ethical compliance as an ongoing process and continue to work collaboratively with suppliers to promote responsible business practices and continuous improvement.
