Thanks for shopping at Montirex. Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? No problem, we’ll sort it out. Items purchased from Montirex.com have a 14 day returns policy from the delivery date. All returned items must be unworn in the original packaging with tags still attached. Any items that do not meet the criteria will not be refunded or exchanged.
Simply download and fill out the Returns form (PDF) providing the order number and reason for returning the item.

Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not cover return shipping costs, they are also non-refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once the returned item has been received. If your return is approved, you will receive a refund within 7 working days to your original method of payment.
