WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Thanks for shopping at Montirex. Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? No problem, we’ll sort it out. Items purchased from https://montirex.com have a 30 day returns policy from the delivery date. All returned items must be unworn in the original packaging with tags still attached. Any items that do not meet the criteria will not be refunded or exchanged.
EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
We've extended our returns period over Christmas from the usual 30 days return policy for customers who have purchased gifts in the lead up to Christmas.
Purchases made between 1st November 2022 and 1st January 2023 can be returned up until 31st January 2023 following our extended returns policy.
*DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS UNLESS THE RETURN HAS BEEN LOGGED ON THE ONLINE RETURNS PORTAL, FAILING TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE NOT BEING PROCESSED*
1 - CREATE RETURN ONLINE
To create an online return, enter the Returns Portal here. Enter your Order Number and the email address you used on your order and click Find Your Order. Select the item(s) you want to return, the reason for returning and follow the instructions provided.
2 - PACK YOUR RETURN
Pack the items you would like to return. We encourage you to reuse the polybag you received the items in. Seal the package securely and attach the return label on the outside of your parcel. Please ensure all old shipping labels have been removed or covered up.
*BEFORE YOU SEAL THE RETURN, YOU MUST PUT THE ORIGINAL INVOICE INSIDE AS THIS STATES YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER, ALLOWING US TO LINK THIS RETURN TO YOU*
3 – SHIP RETURN
Send your returns back using Royal Mail, we will not accept any other couriers. If you wish, you can also add your tracking info on our online portal.
4 - RETURN CONFIRMATION & REFUND
You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been received at our warehouse, accepted and processed. This might take up to 2-3 business days. Your refund will be processed as soon as the item(s) you have returned are inspected by our quality assurance team. The whole process from when you have sent the items to us and when the refund is visible on your account can take up to 14 days.
