Christmas Returns
We’re extending our 30-day returns policy for customers purchasing gifts in the lead-up to Christmas.
Orders placed between 31st October 2025 and 14th December 2025 can be returned up until 14th January 2026 under our extended returns policy.
Our usual 30-day returns policy will resume from 15th December 2025.
Returns
We have a 30 day returns policy from the delivery date on all orders. Returned items must be unworn in the original packaging with tags still attached. Any items that do not meet the criteria will not be refunded or exchanged.
Republic of Ireland, France and Netherlands
Customers returning from the Republic of Ireland, France and Netherlands will be subject to a €5 return fee.
